Mailroom & Administrative Support Associate

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • On-site, five days per week

  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid automobile insurance required

Position Summary

The Mailroom & Administrative Support Associate is responsible for supporting daily office operations through mail processing, inventory management, administrative assistance, and general office services. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory and stock breakrooms, copy centers, and office supply areas.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping requests.
  • Track and document incoming mail using established mailroom procedures.
  • Perform local errands, including interoffice deliveries and the pickup and delivery of supplies, equipment, and other business-related materials.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Make outbound calls when required.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
